I was just trying to install this game, and after a little bit of tweaking, I got it working. Nevertheless, I encountered a weird bug, on fullscreen, colors are all mixed up, whereas they are correct in window mode.
Any idea on that?

tested with dosbox 0.72, on mac os 10.5.1 on an intel mac.

Tried different output=xxxx methods?

Assuming you are starting in a window then switching to fullscreen, maybe try starting DOSBox in fullscreen and see if it helps.
I tried starting in fullscreen mode, but sadly, it didn't solve the issue...
I also would like to add that I don't run into this issue of fullscreen mode for my other games, like let's say Dark Forces or Gabriel Knight...
Does anybody has the game and can reproduce the bug?

And how come the fullscreen mode issue doesn't affect other games, I don't get it?
