Are there any DOSBOX games that come with ENGLISH readme files ?
I cannot configure some of the games to work with my USB controler because because I cannot tell which keys on the keyboard do what, for certain games..

There are plenty of shareware,demo and freeware versions of DOS games on the net. use teh Google.
As for manuals go to Replacementdocs.
