Gday everyone, Im a newbie here and it may seem like a silly question but i went to install a game using dos box and it said i didnt have enough hard drive space. Its not a particularly large game and i have plenty of GB spare on my hard drive. I sucessfully mounted the drive but was unable to install. Is there a way to increase hard drive space on a mounted drive?

ok i found the freesize in the readme, i tried to do it but still not working properly have i got this right?
mount b e:\oldgames -freesize 100
from my understanding of the readme this is the way it is meant to go but is still not creating a 100MB mount. Have i got the order mixed up?
Please i am trying to learn dosbox this is my first day using the program

You've got the mount command correct, although you shouldn't mount the B drive as a hard disk, it is typically a floppy drive, so mount the C drive.

With no -freesize parameter the free space on mounted drives is 250MB, and specifying 100 is reducing it from the default. Reducing could be useful if a game has a problem with a larger drive, but your stated purpose is to increase the free space, so specify something larger than 250.
