I have a GeForce 2 GTS Ti with Asus driver 44.03 and DirectX 8, OS WinXP
Someone can help me? Thanks

Doesn't sound like it has anything at all to do with OpenGLide.

Just like Deus Ex, Requiem: Avenging Angel supports Glide.
Anyhow, Requiem *should* have problems on XP to begin with. See http://www.ntcompatible.com/cdetail9205.html
(this may not work with the demo, though)
So - problem is likely unrelated to OpenGlide.

There is a superior DX8 patch out.

Requiem: Avenging Angel by 3DO - US retail v1.2 -> v1.3 Direct3D patch
Below you will find instructions on how to update Requiem: Avenging
Angel to ver.1.3.This update addresses the following issues:
* Enable DirectX 8.0 game support for Direct3D compatible Video
Cards.This program will update your Requiem game from version 1.2 to version
1.3. You must have the 1.2 patch installed for the 1.3 update to
work.
DirectX 8 games look far better than Glide ever did, providing you have a DX8 compliant gfx card.
