Media Vision had an incredible financial scandal, and went under. A company called SVT Shiva bought all their remaining stock, and created a new division called Media Vision Innovations, Inc. to sell existing inventory. Maybe it's one of those cards? I'll poke around and see if I can help ID it for you.

Fun fact: The Media Vision engineers left and formed Aureal Semiconductor during all that mess.

Think it could be a Pro Sonic 16? I'm having a hard time finding shots with both sides of the PCBs for Media Vision cards.

They look like run of the mill mass produced late ISA era highly integrated SB16 clones to me. I usually throw those in recycling. 😈

I turned the card around and there are a few stickers, a PHILIPS one, and another one with a model that doesn't return any result on Google.

Does windows 9x or 2k\XP auto detect it in the add new hardware wizard as anything, and try to install drivers?
That top card looks interesting to me, its probably not PNP with those dip switches too.

Its a mediavision card with a Jazz 16 chipset but obviously it has no cdrom controller on board. Could be computer OEM supplied
The other one looks like something from AZtech from those chips, but usually their boards are brown/orange instread of green

They have a LMS connector. I guess that's what those pins on the left are.

This is a LMSI version of Jazz16-based card. Pins on the left are the LMSI connector.

That's because of LMSI being rare and unpopular interface. Few supporting soundcards I know of are:

SB Pro 2 CT1690
SB 16 CT1790
Media Vision Pro AudioSpectrum 16
Media Vision Pro Audio Studio 16
Media Vision Jazz16

And that's all. It's also hard now to find a corresponding Philips CD drive.

I think the original Tandy Sensation! had a LMSI interface built onto its motherboard. I recall it having that small interface cable with its original CD-ROM drive.

The Media Vision isn't a Pro Sonic 16 because it doesn't have a SCSI connector. Here is a Pro Sonic 16 (pic taken from another Vogons thread)

It's not my pic, but I also have one just like this but not the CD ROM drive that it came bundled with.

KRN3261 = KTL Research Limited (Hong Kong), KRN3261 is probably also model number.

JP1: CD Address Select (Open = 340H, Close = 320H)
JP2: CD ROM IRQ (IRQ10, IRQ11, IRQ12, IRQ14, IRQ15)
JP3: Microphone (Open = Dynamic Mic, Close = Condenser Mic)
SW1: Unknown (not user adjustable?)
J4: CD Audio Input
J5: PC Speaker Input
J6: PC Speaker Output

The rest must be software configurable.
