I have one of these MF-3000 (REV. G) ram ISA ram expansion cards. Mine is fully populated with chips, even the large long chip and little one next to it. From what I can tell, it may be a 2MB card as it has 162xMT-1259-10 chips (12.59Kb/each). It has 3 dip switch sets, is manufactured by DFI according to the FCC number on a sticker. DFI made a few cards under the MegaBit, MEMO-2000A and 2000X, MF-3000, and RAMBank-II names but I can't find didly squat on the MF-3000.

Do any of you have experience with this memory board?
