I am getting this error about tip of the day not being available, how do I disable this? I assume its a registry key but I was unable to find it. I included a jpeg screenshot of it in the post

I reinstalled VDMSound 2.04 and its update to restore the 'Tip of the Day'. I don't know how or why the tips disappeared, but I suspect it happened when I did a registry cleanup.
