I've exhausted my "Google-foo" today trying to get this accomplished.. I apologize if this question is out of line in Marvin.

Does anyone have a registry fix or patch for completely disabling the "Windows Keys" in Windows 98SE?
I'm trying to make my retro box a little more "family friendly" for those in my house that may want to play DOS games.

Thanks!

Haven't tested it myself but perhaps you can use: http://www.dev-labs.com/kr/keyboard.html

If it doesn't work you can try (if you want at least) to disable the Windows Key on hardware-level. Perhaps you can pop off the Windows Key and remove the 'touch pad' underneath it or use tape to tape-over the traces on the PCB.

Make an 'n' shaped piece of card and place it over the key. It should sit in such a way that it prevents the key being easily pressed by accident without first crushing the cardboard.
