Hello all, I was going through a stack of old 5.25" floppies yesterday and found this:

IBM PC Diagnostics Version 2.02 1502212

It's a 160 KB disk dated 1983. I assume this is for the original IBM PC. Is this something rare? Would it be considered 'warez' to make a copy of it available online?

Is this too much voodoo?
