Trying to install GPU-Z on a PC I have with a GeForce4 Ti 4600. Each time the software install runs fine but when I try to open it, it freezes the OS (XP SP3) and a hard reboot is needed. It's the same version I have running on another XP SP3 machine so not sure what's up. I have tried it with two separate 4600's with same result

Any ideas?

Use older one, for example : 0.7.2
GPU-z is driver sensitive, old drivers will not work with newer GPU-z versions.
