Ok, but only if I get lucky best deal on Can4da ph4rmacy v1@gra and fr33 Fallout76 2018 version real 100% notfake!
What?

They are all already on the official DOSBox site and the official SourceForge page. The only reason somebody would have them on some other site is if the links are fake and are really just links to viruses or porn or ads or something.

I'm not going to try. The only reason for anyone to post such links is if they are fake, given that they all exist elsewhere on the offical places. Even if they are not fake, nobody's going to try them for that very reason.

Why did you create a page for fake links? I only put an alternative

Nobody in their right mind would do this unless they were trying to trick people, or were strangely and inexplicably naive about the way the Internet works. Your website looks as fake as they come.
Let me put this in perspective: this is like if you made your own website where you can now access all YouTube videos! Except why wouldn't you just go to YouTube like everyone else?

I repeat, I proposed it as an alternative. If in addition to that page I would look at the veedresti site as I am fond of retro gaming. In the download section I also put tools for dosboxes. it's just passion

Come on guys, give him a break! Since when has it become cool to falsely accuse someone to be a spammer, phisher or something like that? Especially if it only takes exactly ONE (!) minute to check before blindly joining the lynch mob?!
How to do that? Easy: Download a file from his site, e.g. "DOSBox0.74-2-win32-installer.exe", and upload it to www.virustotal.com so it gets checked for viruses. With over 60 different scanners even! Now open another tab in your browser, download the same file from the original site and then upload that on virustotal.com as well. Compare the SHA-256 checksum. Hey, it's identical in both files! And not a single scanner triggered a warning! So it's pretty safe to assume the file I downloaded from his site is actually the same as the one I downloaded from the DOSBox homepage. Who would have thought... Want to be on the safe side? Do it again with another file! I did, btw. No viruses, no unwanted third party software installers...
So, even if his site might not meet your personal taste design wise, it is just a fan site that could act as a mirror for the official one. Nothing wrong with that, isn't it?

Yesterplay80 fantastic. you understood what I did

Yesterplay80: thanks for giving a positive opinion. However, it is indeed maybe a bit naïve to put up an unofficial mirror, especially since sourceforge already has a powerful CDN.
Thr Dubber: it would give your site more credence if you were to get endorsement by the Dosbox team, or if you would offer additional value over the default download site. E.g. builds for niche platforms, nightly builds for those etc.

This is what I'm trying to get at; there's no reason for the site to exist as it stands, unless it's a scam. I believe the OP when he says it's not fake but he's going to have a terrible time convincing anyone they should go download from his site instead of the official places which nobody was complaining about.

The internet is full of sites without any seemingly obvious reason to exist and yet they are everywhere. Just because someone wanted to create them. Maybe just for fun, maybe for self education, maybe out of another purpose. Who are you to decide if a site is useful and has a reason to exist? If it's not useful for you, it might be for someone else.

To echo Yesterplay80, there is a lot of unnecessary negativity in this thread. It's one thing to be uninterested and quite another to immediately accuse a fan project of malice.
Before anyone puts too much trust in SourceForge, it wasn't so long ago that they were caught repackaging installers to include adware[1]. In events like that, third-party mirrors can be useful for checking whether the primary host altered a project's files.
Yes, trust the user malicious when talking about potential scam... 😉
I do believe Dubber is doing this with a pure heart but he is doing it the wrong way.
Offering mirrors is nice BUT it should be an offer first. Ask the developers if they want their files mirrored elsewhere. Doing it this way, just bursting in and declaring there is now a mirror without any good reason why, was bound to rub people the wrong way.
And yes, the former Sourceforge management were evil. And yes, this might happen again if SF gets bought again. Who knows.
But the important part is: ASK FIRST!
That said, I'm locking this thread now and am removing the link. Also I'm asking dubber to remove the link from his signature.
If you want it unlocked and the link put back, please contact Qbix and ask him if he wants another mirror.
