Look at this BIOS chip.
Which PROM type is it? (If possible I would like to keep the sticker on it)
Which (not-too-expensive) programmer do I need to read and flash this sort of chip?
Thank you!

That's a PLCC32 chip, but I'm afraid you'll have to peel off the sticker to know the exact model (probably a PM49FL004T or similar).
You can program those with a TL866 MiniPro programmer by using a PLCC32 -> DIP adapter (the adapter and PLCC removal tool are included in many TL866 bundles you can get from China).
Great, thanks!
There is a counterfeit warning on http://www.autoelectric.cn/en/tl866_main.html
indicating that no one should buy the TL866 A/CS versions, instead the II Plus.
It seems to have new/additional functions also. Only disadvantage is that max programming voltage is 18 instead of 21V... but I don't need to program 2708, 🤣 😀
I'll get a TL866II Plus then, with adapter pack 😀
