I might -- I have one of the (I think?) original retail releases with gold jacks. But, IIRC, it wasn't sold as a Sound Blaster Live! Gold. I'll have to check and see what my model is, and if I can find the original discs. I know I've seen at least one of them lately...
Do you have any idea what the exact CD ID is?
There are quite a few different Live! CDs available on vogonsdrivers.com
Edit:
I might have an original CD laying around. I'll have to check this evening.
Also found this site... convert Live! to Live! 5.1

Thank you for your help, CT4620-SBLive! (PCI \ VEN_1102 & DEV_0002 & SUBSYS_00211102) is Sound Blaster Live! Standard Edition.

Do you want the oldest CD available that supports the CT4620, the newest, or something in-between?
I'm checking the CD images on vogonsdrivers.com now.
The CDs I have (Install and Application/DEMO) are newer than the original CD but it does support the CT4620.
Edit:
Same as the Install CD I have - supports - CT4620, CT4670, CT4760, SBlive motherboard, CT4850
http://www.vogonsdrivers.com/getfile.php?file … menustate=43,36
Another that supports the same cards.. just more languages:
http://www.vogonsdrivers.com/getfile.php?file … menustate=43,36
Older one that only supports the CT4620 and CT4670:
http://www.vogonsdrivers.com/getfile.php?file … menustate=43,36
Either way, once you do the initial install, you will want to update to the latest and greatest drivers available. You can even force install the Audigy drivers for improved audio quality... might depend on the model of the EMU10k1 chip but I doubt it.
That is one of the things I always did back in the day because the Audigy drivers were better.
The application CD I have is a bit different than the ones that are already on vogonsdrivers. I'll get it uploaded when I get a chance.
I need the oldest original driver CD of CT4620, and I am looking forward to it.

What about the one in the bottom link I provided above?
Other than that, if you absolutely must have the original one, then you are going to either need to find somebody that has a sealed boxed CT4620 or know what the exact text of the DISK.ID file is for the Install CD and the Applications CD.
The CDs don't say what card they came with on the label.
Looks like you might indeed have the same version I do. I have the add-on digital I/O card connected with a ribbon cable, with the mini-DIN digital outputs and MIDI -- so, similar if not same model card. The PDF might be a little bit later revision than my original CDs. I'm trying to remember whether "LiveWare" was a thing yet. Some of the applications screen shots look familiar, but I used that card primarily for probably more than five years, and of course downloaded driver updates along the way.
Will have to find all of the CDs then...
I found the second disc, with all the extra applications on it. Here's a pic of the disc itself:
Still looking for disc 1 with the drivers and core applications.
I can post this on a Google Drive share, or if someone wants to put it on Vogons Drivers, that would be fine by me.
I have al three disc's...
Creative Sound Blaster Live CT4620 PCI w/ CT4660 Daughter Card.
This setup cost me $200.00 + back in 1998/99 thanks to Maximin PC. I will need to read up on how to donate the Cd's to the Driver Library. I'm sure a thread here explains how to do this.

You can PM SquallStrife for a VogonsDrivers account and upload it there, or, if you post links here (e.g. WeTransfer) I can upload it on your behalf if you wish as I have an account.

Sorry for the delay -I think in the sake of completeness people would appreciate the full disc set regardless of the actual driver version, as they also contain software etc. Feel free to pop links here and as mentioned I'll happy upload them to VogonsDrivers for you 😀

Cool man as I'm still setting up a google drive to drop you a link. I already took some pictures of the cards & discs. Some turned out and some didn't so the wife is going to give it a shot when she gets home. In the meantime I have been going thru all my cd books / briefcases. We call them bibles here 🤣 looking for anymore creative discs that might have come with those two cards. I can't remember how many disc came with the darn thing as it's been 20+ years since i built a PII system.
Anyway i had forgotten how many Maximum CD's I have from all three magazines. They had a Linux, Mac & PC editions of which i had all three subscriptions. Those discs are packed full with game demos & utility's but so far no 4th, 5th or 6th Creative disc... humm
Anyway i will drop a link to my google drive sometime tonight or tomorrow...

I also found an interesting driver cd for ASOUND-6. The zip file is 18.5 MB so i figured why not.
Thank you! I've compressed and uploaded the CDs to VogonsDrivers, using your readme and images. I've also uploaded the Avance Logic files too and created a quick summary of the contents.
Your welcome Rich.
Can you do me a favor and remove the links to the disc?
