Warning: F1 Manager 2024 uses Denuvo DRM, and even though it's a singleplayer game, it is always online and uses an anti-cheat system that will ban your account if it detects something that looks like a cheat.

I think World War Z was previously given free, and Aftermath comes in now. I got a notification saying I already own something of the package, but it went through payment

Weirdly it became available last night, just in term for the refresh today. My chance of ever playing it? 0%.

Yeah it looks like it may be an update to World War Z as far as Epic is concerned.
Speaking of a few weeks ago I found out that Epic doesn't update games you've never ran. So all of the free games (574 + 1 bought game) I've acquired do not update unless you manually hit the update button and since the Epic launcher runs like shit without a GPU (I run all game launchers in a VM so I keep game launchers off my gaming computer) then it literally takes me a few days to scroll down through the interface and click update on each game.
I tried switching to heroic launcher since the interface doesn't require a GPU but you can't import games so you have to manually import each and every game. That took days as well and when I was 10 games away from being done an error popped up and suddenly the install state for all games switched to not installed. Not very Heroic. So that was time wasted. At least I didn't uninstall the Epic launcher so I'll go to updating the games every other month or so.
What it really needs is a python script similar to gogrepo.....
Epic is mostly Tencent owned so I'm debating on just stop using it altogether especially since there isn't any active development on Epic emus so the games break whereas for Steam games the methods to bypass the DRM usually aren't affected and when they are it doesn't take long (excluding Denuvo crap)
Since Epic touts those numbers for all the people joining to get their free games it would be nice if people just boycotted their shit but getting gamers to do anything like that is like herding cats.

Does anybody have Epic Games installed over their phone? I think there are 2 mobile games for free there. Can anyone verify?

Yes, KOTOR 1 and 2 are both free on mobile.
