You sir are a savoir, for what ever reason this was the only ROM file that the flash utility would not refuse to flash to my two voodoo 3 3000 AGP boards, it was more than happy to wipe them to brick though. 🙁 both cards are working now thanks to your modified ROM post.

Have you tried the newer BIOS V3_3000_AGP_SD_2.15.12 ?
