Betwen 1 and 4 connect 2,2k-ohm resistor.
Did this work? I could never get this to work. I do have the original PSU to compare with and found that there's a voltage on the lower-left pin (plug side) which will allow the laptop to start when power is hooked into the upper pins.

The voltage can be sourced from a USB-PD trigger board's 3.3v rail and since the voltage can't go up/down like the original charger can, it's best to isolate the battery (+) terminal with kapton tape or remove the battery during use. I use 15 volts because the original PSU outputs 14.1v and the laptop works.
