Hi all,

I have a FM801-AU, I bought it as it said it was compatible with SoftMPU and I have seen good things on this Forum regarding it.

But I can't get it to communicate over the Gameport. I am using a Raspberry Pi and Pi MT-32. As soon as I turn on the PC I get a 'Break Error' displayed.
Everything works great with my Yamaha 724 card, so I know my game etc is ok. So what settings are people using? Does the FM801 Gameport to MIDI have a special pinout?

SoftMPU works fine over Serial on the FM801 So I can get MT 32 that way. Also one of those cr*ppy Dell CT3470? sound blaster cards works great over Serial port.
