Feel free to share who that person is in the thread and one of us can PM him to let him know you can't reply to a PM yet and suggest different means of communication be used.

Alternatively, if the subject is not too confidential and potentially useful to others, we can direct the person to a thread that you could start in the appropriate subforum and the discussion coukd be held in public .
