I tried like 10 different drivers for that thing or something. But only one got it to work. So not sure about that.

I changed the serial mouse com port to 1 in device managed and dosbox setting to this: serial1=directserial realport:com1 Now it's not slow anymore but second mouse is not moving when playing.
