I have an recovery image for an Aptiva 2168-931. That is the on with Opti-Viper-Chipset + the diskette image needed. EDIT: You Aptiva is a 486, so probably this won't work 🙁

Perhaps we use the formula of the pros at SpecOPC: http://spec.it.miami.edu/gwpg/pastissues/Oct1 … /geometric.html and rank the individual influences of the benchmarks, quake should have the highest influence, since it's the most complex piece of software...

"We can calculate 0 fps for benchmarks not completed and by doing so "punishing" systems that don't complete all tests" is my vote. And "too fast" at 3dbench for the contemporary machines would be 500.0 (seems to be the upper limit on my amd phe ii)

Hmm I can't remember if I ran it on my Phenom II. Hmm looks like I didn't input them. But I think AMD is just fast without any tools. The higher FSB of 200 might make a difference as well? Did you try FASTVID? While I don't have it in the menu, it is in a folder. Might add it to the menu tomorrow …

I tried MTRRLFBE on the Phenom II with no change in fps at all. The Atom/GMA945 did not like MTRRLFBE - all the benchmarks crashed at start.
