Crysis does not require any kind of activation. Crysis Warhead does. In general physical releases with "Games for Windows Live" stamped on them require activation while those with just "Games for Windows" may or may not depending on the publisher.

A very nice right up dude! As someone who didn't get into the first NOLF at all (just not a fan of forced stealth), I really loved NOLF 2. For 2002 it was an absolutely gorgeous, funny, unique FPS amongst the rising WWII / military themed drudgery that was taking over the genre at the time.
