The R68 and R69, do you mean R66 and R69? Those are the ones on the VRM area... And I have a jumper in CN11, I see ypu have headers but no jumper...

Sorry, It is a Intel DX2 66. The board/bios don't detect it most of the time, and is 100% as it should be configured... A friend said something about a cristal not working right, but I'm in the dark about that... I have access to the same CPU you have, I'll give that a try this next week...

Thank you, that adicional information about the resistors is great. The BIOS, I already flashed the last one, but the CPU isn't always correctly detected, even with the original. It have a Intel DX4 66, but most of the times it is detected as "Unknown 60Mhz", 75 or even 80. I don't know what is the …

I have the same board but it was complete from factory. I was thinking in using the same CPU as you, but I don't know yet if it provides the required voltage. Can you take photos of the VRM area as you have it and the jumpers all over the board? Would be very helpfull.

I just got one of these units. Very dirty but in great condition. Only problem... dead HDD, so I don´t have software for it. Do you have the original HDD working, and could you please share the contents? Mirror the drive or something? Best regards, Carlos Jorge

I have the exact same one, fully working... But mine is missing some chips that yours have I believe. Next to the BIOS chips. I dont have time today, but tomorrow I'll try to take photos of every jumper on mine. You're also from Portugal, right?

Just an update... I have a working unit, YEY. ATX power supply modded and works like a charm. The 40Mb HDD works, but the 1.44Mb floppy doesn't... Hi. I also have a Euro SX that a neighbor dropped in my garage last week, with a dead power supply at least... The case is int very good condition, and inside it looks ok too. Mine doent work with that one... at least I didnt have luck with it... Redneck Rampage is a no go, as Powerdrive. Didnt test others yet, dont know what is the problem...

Update. Just received the crappy sound card from Amazon... and the bloody thing works out of the box, just install the drivers supplied with the CD, and good to go, sound loud as it should.
