Yeah, I use the disk version. It's fine with dosbox. I like Win2000 a lot! I like the features of XP, but it's too damn incompatible.

Did he ever get it running? Sounds like he was having similar problems. My comp is just a bitch. It don't think it's able to initialize low resolutions. AND the DOS VM is a piece of crap. Chris

I'm not saying I know that for sure, but it probably is. No one I know who has XP has this problem. They all got XP about a year and a half after it came out. So either it's b/c I have more bugs than them, or I just have the special one. I have a lot of weird problems w/ my comp.

Not really an update as much as bug fixes. I have a beta test version of XP, and I haven't updated w/ all of the WinUpdate stuff (it gives me problems w/ my internet). If you have the retail XP, you don't need the bug fix. Sorry. Chris
