There's an emulator called Genecyst, which is probably no longer updated, that allows you to customize each channel. Maybe you can get it to sound the way you want. It's only for DOS, though.

Maybe that method works with other games as well. Mostly EA titles are affected by this lag caused by single thread affinity.

You can get any modern SB, just stay away from the Recon3D. It sounds like sh*t. If it weren't for the front panel I can still use with the X-Fi, I would've regreted ever purchasing it.

IOS X? You mean Mac OS X... IOS is for Ipod, IPhone and IPads only. From Lion on you'll have first to enable hidden files and folders to be visible, and then you'll be able to find it.

Remember that the Geforce FX will only work in OS X. It will work as a 2D card in MacOS 9, you just won't get 3D acceleration because there are no GeForce FX drivers for MacOS 9 that support it. I think the GeForce 4Ti is the last nVidia card that you can get 3D acceleration out of in MacOS 9. …

The original Daytona USA for PC was a very rough port. They could've made it so much better. This option is never saved and I don't see much difference, maybe it does make a difference on slower machines.
