Taking advantage of multiple cores should come naturally to DOSBox in the form of seperate threads for each emulated chip. For example, being seperate processes, DOSBox's MIDI playback using Munt or a virtual synth takes advantage two cpus. The hard nut to crack would be trying to thread one …

I've only seen a speech thing for auction once on ebay, but for quite awhile disney sound sources were readily available. There's actually an auction right now for a specialty item by covox for the hearing impaired, the only other covox hardware I've seen auctioned.

It would be nice if the rare IMFC's ROM(s) were dumped for emulation. There's actually already a Yamaha FB-01 emulator, IMFC's predecessor, for Linux(Linux only; needs to be ported to a crossplatform code base like MUNT) but the IMFC came with more patches.

DLL nightmare. This build wants libpng13d.dll. Renaming libpng13 from your package, the build then complains about not locating SDL_strlcpy in SDL.dll. Probably be best to include the dll's you use next time.

No, not his machine; there was/is(I think it's fixed) a bug where the intro was really slow. There's also an intermittent bug where it will hang during the intro, but that problem has been around a long time.
