Mine came from a PSX video file so I had to try and minimize as much motion noise as I possibly could.

Make sure you have both DirectX6.1 installed and an appropriately old driver (i.e. the Voodoo2 DX7 driver from Nov 99 and after (as well as all those fan drivers) won't work with Dx6 installed), or have DirectX 7 (or better) installed with a Voodoo2 DX7 driver. Racer does work.

Hopefully you can do the same with all the jumper settings to set multipliers and sound card IRQ/DMAs, and recreate physical IDE ribbon hell :) I'd probably try attempting modeling the parts as well, though i'm only really good with organics and less so on rigid hard edged stuff... The AWE32 and some of its variants always had a notably bad noise floor, even in '94... The CT3600 is also noisy

Pretty much everything until around 2003+ at least. Your usual exceptions are Unicode-wanting stuff, DX8/9-wanting stuff, and all those 6th gen-and-later emulators (PCSX2, Dolphin etc) that demand a few CPU extensions and some threading at least.

RCR requires a decent FPU (no SX) and more of a late DX4 so that's a no-go.

I could restore their posts by hand since I do database backups nearly every first daily visit, but that'd be too troubling. And if it's about a personal information panic, editing posts out won't help as the database bizarrely stores into the data of each post (which end up being unused).

I should mention I had to impose edit times on my own board for years because there would be some contributors that would suddenly mass blank their posts for inexplicable reasons. All I could do is just humiliate them with a custom title, like "HAHA I BLANKED MY POSTS!!! THATLL SHOW THAT GAME'S …

I don't expect any trouble with Q3. 1.32 should work fine. Blind advice about source ports don't realize they won't work in Win98 (mainly because of some unix/gcc/sdl2 cruft reasons which could've been avoided with basic competence)
