No because Blood wasn't developed by Allen Blum III and isn't really a 'build engine' feature. Build was a licensed renderer module programmers had to build whole game engines to work around with. It also explains why Capstone's (Witchaven, Tekwar) implementation is so arcane and different.

There's not a 64-bit Windows OS in the world that can run 16-bit programs. XP 64-bit won't run GW-Basic either (nor Baisca or QBasic). They took out the 16-bit subsystem. The only 64-bit Windows OS that (possibly) could is Windows 7 Ultimate for its Virtual XP mode
