1024 isn't really a multiple of 720 (or 640 if char9 is off), so of course they'll be jagged. Changing output and using scalers are your friend.

Kid Works 2. Windows 3.1 version used version 4 at 22khz, while Mac version used version 3. Kid Works Deluxe turned SmoothTalker up to eleven with multiple different voices.
