Ok this is an absolute path issue (did you install it within DOSBox?). try this Make a E:\DOS directory, and move the Rimini_V folder into it Mount E: to E:\DOS E: cd Rimini_v rimini

Scorched Earth defaults to 320x400, which may make modern hardware panic. You want to change this to 320x200 first. edit SCORCH.CFG

One weird thing no one ever mentions about the KYRO is the imprecise texture mapping try something with HUGE polygons (like say... old games) and check out that wobble! It'll blocky up too

Did you install the TSRs? Do you have a SET BLASTER line? AWE32 is only slightly more complicated to set up than the earlier SB lines

uh no, that's not the same thing. That's strictly for JAVA . You could've suggested worse, like run Quake3 because it has a quake virtual machine code for the game logic. I don't recall if Virtual PC 2003 works on 9x ... but one of the earlier VPCs do i think. QEMU might even work. hope there's a …

my good lord gaming on the riva 128 is painful. sure the compatibility was awesome for the time, the 16-bit dither on those will really get on your tits like no other, it makes me cry for even voodoo dithering or geforce waffle dither. swaaye probably said everything that needs to be said about it …
