agp 8x 3+ ram slots sata (perfably) decent VRM/phase count Overclocking (would be nice) mATX or ATX doesn't matter. and all for say 30 bucks or under shipped?

if i killed the chip i was using by de lidding it i'll just grab another from the parts box at work. just need to find a heat sink install some VRM heat sinks and maybe re volt mod the mobo. guess i'll need to go through this thread: Socket 478 Heatsink Alternatives...**UPDATED**

not worse than the MX4000. bought one once to upgrade my 64mb ati card back in the day, it would immediately bsod if you tried to run ANY 3d application. i promptly took it out side and crushed it after google brought up zilch o nthe topic.
