In DOSBOX you have emulated AdLib/Soundblaster/SoundBlaster Pro/Soundblaster 16. See DOSBOX.CONF. It has nothing to do with the type of your card in Windows. I have no experience with Linux, only with Windows. However you seem to be using "imgmount 2..." and "imgmount C" in one session. I think it is a nonsense... Well, i do not think that a CD image in Daemon Tools will be more succesfull in DOSBOX than original CD ... LASERLOK is a CD copy protection. I do not know how well can DOSBOX handle it. The best way forward here would be to try to get a crack somewhere (search Internet). Mirek

Mounting HD images works for me, no idea why it crashes for you (I take it that you mean it crashes even with that -fs fat (?)), so just a few things to remember: - mounted image must be in already mounted directory - DO NOT COPY FILES FROM MOUNTED DIRECTORIES TO MOUNTED HD IMAGE IF YOU DO NOT USE …

The main problem with external MS DOS commands is that they check the version number of the underlying DOS and refuse to run on other versions (even when they would work otherwise!). DOSBOX internal DOS reports itself as version 5.0. So naturally external DOS commands from MS DOS 6.22 are not happy …
