What I mean is, first of all, you should set the volume of all your players to 70% (example) and make sure the players assume the changes but don't play any audio yet. Haven't found topics about this game and the compatibility database only mentions something I've already tested : the game only works with DOS32A instead of normal DOS4GW, otherwise the screen goes black and hangs right after the "enter initials for record keeping" screen (after choosing "new game") …

@ wd : in DOSBox 0.70 the Screamer setup.exe does work... Only problem is it usually works only once per DOSBox session ( at the first attempt it will run, but every second attempt causes the screen to go black and hangs ). Only by running DOSBox again one can execute the setup file again...
