My PSC703 works well with WDM drivers. Is interesting, with VXD I had no SB emulation, yet it works with WDM. Quite the opposite of SB Live.

I did notice a difference between PS1 and PS2 while playing FF 9. Spell effects and the twirling battle entering looked better on PS1 (SCPH 9002) than on slim PS2 (SCPH 77004). Not a TV problem, but compatibility.

I can confirm that 3DFX Shadow Warrior does not work with V2 SLI or V3. I only managed to make it run with 1 V2. But then again, I am not an expert on 3DFX cards. Perhaps some more experienced players managed to make it work.

I would recommend a BX board with Celeron 100 MHz bus support. Then you can underclock it to 66. I have such a Celeron, at 800/100, but it runs quite hot without a ventilator. Never tried to underclock it at 566 though. Should run cooler.

IMHO, do not use nVidia boards. They are only AGP 8x, and, in my testing experience, do not work well with Voodoo2. The testing samples were only 2 boards, though. A Gigabyte which is in my 2nd rig and an Epox.
