Indeed! K6-2+ is usually just as fast as K6-III+ though, except for the odd game that loves more cache. I think Quake 3 and MDK2 are like that. From my tests, I have determined that a K6-III+ 550 is right between the Pentium II 350 and 400. I believe a K6-III+ 600 should be just as fast as a Pentium …

Pretty much. I love AitD. I beat it for the first time a few months ago and had a blast. It can still be a little creepy at times, although obviously you have to get really immersed to get that feeling. It looks so funny nowadays 😀.

Something's wrong here, how can the installation program be a compatibility problem? The installation crashing screams RAM problems to me or just stability problems overall. I'd urge you to check those RAM DIMMs and do a clean install of Windows XP. Hopefully, it is not RAM related.
