I think the issue with his is that the OshPark PCB's are too thick for the pins to make sufficient contact. I tried my keyboard controller adapter on 6 motherboards and they all worked fine, so I think the odds are pretty good of others getting this to work. I don't think it's a connection issue - …

mine looks like that from the back - it has a 9pin input: this pinout works with the monitor: not sure what you can do with your 15pin input - maybe follow the above and hope it works 😀

no way to pinpoint a specific model - all of that docs/drivers belong to parts of a custom 486pc you would buy from your local computer store that they assembled right there.

I see that a portion of people don't like the breakout combo... I personally don't get why as it's basically the same deal as the old-style DB9 cable (db9 goes to card, female midi plugs go to modules, you DON'T need to mess with the 3.5mm jacks at all, connect them once and don't touch them again …
