the bios chips is a typical 49LF040 one - it's a 4mbit device (meaning 512kbytes of data)

There is no way to tell for sure that only changing the LM340T5 would fix things, maybe because it shorted inside something else got killed too... Also the card really needs a cood cleaning before anything else, I see humidity corrosion everywhere...

I will test it at some point, the board has 3xISA slots , 4xPCI and 1xAGP. I can't see a model/make on it, just REV.B1 marking. Thanks for the info.

I have a p4 board from an ATM that has 2 ISA slots (or is it 3? I can't remember atm)... I checked this morning and it has the W83628g bridge, so I guess there isn't any point saving it for an isa/p4 setup, right?

^ none of the games are complete versions, the m3D cds are just a bunch of demos that have power-vr support. Even the mdk/hexen2 ones are demos in reality and not complete games like the box would want you to believe...
