I'm still working on Metro Exodus, it hasn't really grabbed me, so I also started on Shadow of the Tomb Raider. I am slowly working my way through both though Shadow of the Tomb Raider has captured my attention far more...

You should be able to build a pretty good machine from scratch for 1200. Just focus on Video card as the majority of your expenses as that's the part that matters 98% the most for a gaming machine. I wouldn't put anything less than a 2060 in it.

The software should also be split into 'SEALED/NIB' and 'OPEN/USED'. Those 2 categories are something that will really affect the price and that someone might also care to differentiate between.
