Maybe the answer is more complete chipset for laptops. Intel pack for laptops is a CPU, chipset (with graphics included) and wifi card, all of them tested and compatible. AMD relies on wifi and graphics manufactured by other vendors, the designer of the laptop must test them himself.

It's for windows. You can map any axis/button of the joystick to a key in windows. Then, start Dosbox and try using it.

I knew it wouldn't work, but yesterday I was curious and give it a try. Neither NIC version nor modem version boot, they being to load and sutck on 100%. [NO NEED TO ANSWER, IT WAS ONLY AN EXPERIMENT, I WON'T TRY IT AGAIN, I SWEAR]

Try editing Dosbox.conf. There you can set amount of cycles at start, and there is an autoexec section where you can put your mounting instructions. Also, you can copy that file with other names, and start dosbox using an specific config file. And, of course, there are some frontend that would help …
