You might be able to get a bit more than that, I would estimate around 15 to 25 EURO. The WaveBlaster has become somewhat of a collector's item and they are not up for sale too often.

You can use 60 or 70ns memory. You could even use 40 or 50ns memory. I have a few spare chips that will work.

The DB60XG and the MT-32/SC-55 will both receive the same MIDI-data, but as long as you listen to only one of these, you should be OK. I do not expect any conflict or other trouble.
