Same here, i had that case as a xmas present as a kid. Loved it to death, until the psu blew, killing 4 harddrives and my asus p3b-f. :p

First board that comes to mind is a TYAN S4985. http://www.tyan.com/archive/products/html/thu … dern4250qe.html with the daughterboard, you had 8 sockets. I saw someone build one out of AMD 8x 8439 cpus (6 core @ 2.8g). It was running win7 like a champ. I think it was over on 2cpu.com

I cant help but be amused at this news. I pirate most games. Most are NOT worth the money to play. I never finished doom, and it has been over a week since I touched deus ex. Well, considering voltage regulation is on the CPU, i'm not surprised. I guess asus did not plan on people really overclocking STUPIDLY EXPENSIVE hardware.

question: are you using the aux 3.3v supply connector? Also, i ran my board on a new corsair 400w supply, and never once had any issues. Then again, it was working as a router, and not really using any video, but still it ran for years without a restart.
