What kind of information do you want to get? Have you looked into any generic Win32 API monitoring/tracing/spying tools? I'm fairly sure that it was possible to perform Windows API tracing in Windows 3.x, so I'd like to think it could be done for Win32 API in 9x/Me too.

I've restarted work on another project I've been working on for a while which is converting DynaText documentation into HTML. I think I've done most of the hard parts and I'm just down to fixing lots of little bugs in the conversion process and tidying up my code before I put it on GitHub.
