It supports PCMCIA, but I have the slot occupied with an ethernet adapter. I should probably get a USB hub and a usb-ethernet adapter for my sole USB port on that laptop (yes, it's new enough to have a USB port.) First off, can freepats by itself be used for the GUS emulation in Dosbox? Second, I am using Dosbox SVN Daum. Does that version of Dosbox allow in any way (not including munt) to record general midi directly via the video recording feature?

Oh. I was supposed to use mpu-401 instead of "digital midi". OK. edit:One more question... in the timidity config file, what does "Patch sets used with Timidity should work fine." mean for GUS? Does that mean I can use freepats somehow? If so...how?
