1.-You can't, the quality is the same as the original frame, so high quality is highly subjective. 2.-No clue, I don't use Fraps 3.-Scalers won't be recorded.

Yeah...you're using the DOS version and not the Battle.Net edition...DOS version won't let you do that.

I just wish FMOD would allow soundfonts that were actually able to be found.. Then I'd be able to just use that with Doomsday. Instead they chose DLS, which is basically as popular as 3D TV. I use SDL_Mixer under Doomsday with Windows 7 and it's Hell.. The only way I can make it the Doom games sound like my old SB AWE32 card is to use Bassmidi and an AWE 32 soundfont. But every time the damn music loops, there is a high chance when it restarts it'll render EVERY instrument as piano …

Build your own, then, for what you seem to be trying to do (compressed audio for CD images) you'll need to build some codecs too, I use libvorbis (that needs libogg).
