Does anybody have information about the old Pansonic interface ? 😕 Perhaps we are getting it wrong, and that interface is physically non-IDE, but IDE/ATAPI compatible on the software side (pure guessing) ? Edit: Sorry Gahhhrrrlic, missed you last post above. 😅

Bit-banging with USB-Serial converters is definitly possible, though. There's Port.dll , a dymic link library for Windows NT written Delphi.
