Have you tried it with just 1 CPU and without a terminator? Edit: According to this thread, someone did run it without a terminator card. I don't have this board and never worked with one so I don't really know first hand if this will actually work or not.

I think it looks interesting somehow. It's over the edge, but that makes it interesting again. If I were to be offered this case for only 10 dollars like in the ad, I'd actually buy it 😁 Only problem would be to find matching external drives to go with it.
