Possibly, Ghidra could have better heuristics or flow tracing here, but I highly doubt the flow tracer of Ghidra actually does a good job on non-conventional 16-bit x86 code that mixes real-mode and protect-mode code, as this kind of code typically no longer in focus of today's reverse engineering. …

All in all we are only using about 50% of our range on average between stops.
