Hard to know what he really thought. If he was really dumb enough to believe that just because you can download the restore disc for free off the Internet and do whatever you want with it then he does deserve to be punished. Prison time though? Nah.

An ISO does not contain CD audio. You'll need to make a .bin and .cue file of your CD for CD audio to work.

error C3861 Probably the pixel perfect patch. Should work starting with VS2013 or mingw32 w/gcc or mingw-w64 w/gcc. Really not much point in using VS2010. VS2017 still supports XP SP3 if that's your concern. If it's $$ the community ver is free you'll just need to download the Windows SDK seperately …

If you think it's a filesystem issue then you can install your game in an image and boot in it DOSBox. Also it's unclear if you tested with DOSBox or DOSBox-x. We only accept bugs reports for DOSBox.
