There should be a shortcut in the Start Menu to the config file. Scroll to the autoexec section at the bottom and enter your commands there.

There's a unofficial XP SP4 on the MSFN forums. As for future updates XP embedded and 2003 will still be patched for awhile so just like 2000 it's possible those updates will be ported to XP.

Thief (2014) 16 hours on Master difficulty. Didn't kill anyone but did knock out alot of guards. Completed all client side-missions but didn't complete all of Bassos side-missions.

It does sound like the apps are sandboxed and the DosBox app has the ability to export the data. You'd have to ask the developer of the app if they could allow the ability to export specific files.

Can you open up a terminal and search via CLI for the file? Are you sure those apps aren't sandboxed?

If you are running 32bit windows and have installed a game that uses securom it's possible that the securom explorer add-in is locking those 16bit executables. Ending explorer.exe, logging out, or rebooting will remove the lock but to solve it permanently requires registry edits and never running …

Pretty much all DOS compression utilities allow disk spanning http://www.vintage-computer.com/vcforum/showt … les-to-floppies! If you want the game as it was originally on the original floppies then you would be better off with the original floppies or images of them.
