Well concerning MT-32/OPL2 my motto with any re-release (and life in general) is to assume the worst. That way your never disappointed and if the bare minumum has taken place your actually a bit suprised. 😉

Sorry, I tend to generalize, since Most DOS games are abandonware. Anyways, I think I can live with it as is. If I run into any future trouble, Ill be back later. You mount .cue's the same as you do .iso's. Copy code to clipboard 1 imgmount d image1.cue image2.cue image3.cue -t iso Make sure the .bin that goes with the .cue is in the same directory and/or that the path in the .cue matches the .bin.

Aren't the system requirements for Phantasmagoria 1 and Gabriel Knight 2 much less than Phantasmagoria 2? and AFAIK DOSBox on PowerPC doesn't use dynarec (dynamic core). If you can drop the resolution or FMV size that may help if not then your only solution would be VPC or the like instead of DOSBox …

6,000 cycles isn't very high. The most demanding DOS games run in DOSBox require 50,000+ cycles at least. Since you didn't mention your system specs or the game we can't really suggest much except to use the latest version of DOSBox which is 0.73 which should automagically run the game at a fast …
