Install the game straight off the CD (physical CD, not image). v1.22 using DosBox versions 0.72. Default DosBox.conf. Game tries to use GUS for SFX/Music, set to SB/General Midi. Used "Mount d d:\ -t cdrom". Executed game. Single-Player campaign and custom maps "icebridge" and "dragon" work fine. …

Try without the NOCD patch. I do have the original CD (well the CD was scratched to hell and back so I have an image), I'll check it out tonight.

DosBox has been able to run Windows 3.11 for a very long time. The latest CVS can install and run Windows 95a/b/c as well. (Just Windows 95 though...games are unstable).
